All standard orders will be dispatched within 72 hours of purchase.
Items are normally sent on a Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcel Force 24 hr delivery.
We only send plants Monday to Thursday and all other items Monday to Friday. (This is to stop the plants from getting caught at a sorting office and causing damage to the plants)
In the rare event, your item is not in stock, we will source the elements within 72 hours. We will get in touch about this over email/phone.
Weekend deliveries can be arranged for an extra charge depending on the delivery service.

We have selected UPS & DPD as our preferred plant delivery partners, offering fast, reliable, and secure deliveries across the UK.
Express delivery as standard (except weekends) is normally the next working day but can take longer depending on stock.
You will be able to track your order throughout its entire journey using your tracking number which we will provide to you.
